Status update of your order:
We are committed to dispatching your order within 1 business day after the customer has received the order confirmation via email. The transit time may vary based on the delivery options chosen by the customer. For a detailed delivery schedule, please consult the shipping timelines listed below.
Australian standard shipping is estimated to take between 3 to 10 business days.
Complimentary local delivery is available for all orders to Phillip Island and San Remo, seven days a week. Additionally, customers may collect their orders free of charge from our factory located in Cowes, Phillip Island.
Please be informed that the times mentioned are based on previous shipping performance and may differ due to influences such as seasonal trends, market activity, and stock availability.
Ordering:
Surf Trax™ provides an online purchasing service exclusively through our website, www.surftrax.com.au
Orders communicated through fax or email will not be accepted.
Cancellations are only permissible if the order has not yet been packed or shipped from the warehouse.
Payment
Surf Trax™ facilitates payments via MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. However, we do not support direct deposit, checks, or cash on delivery transactions.

Returns and exchanges - physical products
We recognise that locating the appropriate size or style while shopping online can be challenging. Surf Trax™ is pleased to offer exchanges and credits on full-price online orders within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
The tax invoice is required as verification of the purchase.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn or unused condition, with all original tags still attached.
Surf Trax™ will provide exchanges for sale items in the form of credit notes or gift cards.
Should the item for exchange be unavailable, the customer will receive either a credit or gift care, depending on their choice.
Gift cards pertaining to products can be exchanged for another item of equal value.
In the event of receiving faulty or damaged products, Surf Trax™ holds the right to carry out a complete evaluation of the item once it is received. If the assessment reveals that the product is faulty or damaged, Surf Trax™ will arrange for a replacement, depending on stock availability. If the replacement is not available, a credit will be provided. Surf Trax™ will inform the customer of the assessment results through email within three business days of receiving the faulty or damaged items.
It should be noted that Surf Trax™ is not responsible for any potential delays in the delivery of products.
All shipping and handling costs for returned items are to be borne by the customers, with the exception of cases involving faulty or damaged merchandise.
Returns can also be made in person at our factory, please contact us via phone or email to arrange a return in person.
Surf Trax™ disclaims any responsibility for items that may be lost during transit; therefore, it is advisable to send all returns and exchanges using registered post.
Return of promotional items
In the event that a promotional gift or item is obtained alongside a product intended for return, it is required that the promotional gift or item be returned in its original state.
In the case that Surf Trax™ does not receive the promotional gift or item, the retail price of that item will be deducted from the refunded sum. Furthermore, Surf Trax™ does not provide warranties, returns, or exchanges for any promotional gifts or items.
Pre-orders
Items available for pre-order will be displayed on the product page with the expected shipping date. Kindly note that full payment will be taken at the time of placing your order. If you need to cancel your order before the shipping date, please contact info@surftrax.com.au
Trade-ins
To initiate the trade-in process for your used glass surfboard, please adhere to the following instructions:
Email info@surftrax.com.au with "Surf Trax™ Surfboard Trade-In" as your subject line. - Include photos and information about the surfboard(s) you intend to trade, detailing any damages or repairs, and attach relevant images.
If your board qualifies for trade-in, we will contact you to arrange a visit to our factory for an evaluation and provide an estimated value.
If you accept the estimated value, you can use it towards any product or service available in our factory or online, issued as a gift voucher valid for three years.
Ensure that your boards are cleaned of all wax and dirt; otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Please note that any discrepancies between the estimated value and the board's condition upon inspection may affect the final trade-in offer.

Booking and cancellation policy - services
Advanced bookings are required and can be made through our online booking system on this website, or by email for groups consisting of eight or more participants.
Once the transaction for your booking is finalised, an email confirmation will be sent to you automatically. Furthermore, a reminder text message will be sent to your phone one day in advance to reconfirm all details of your booking.
All payments for bookings must be made through our online payment platform. Cash payments will not be accepted upon your arrival for the lesson. Payments for any additional participants can be processed in person using our card payment system.
Lesson and product packages are available for purchase through our online store. After your transaction is completed, Surf Trax™ will reach out to you on the same business day to arrange a convenient booking time and date. Once a date and time have been agreed upon, you will receive a confirmation email via our online booking system. A reminder text message will also be automatically sent to your phone one day prior to reconfirm all details of your booking.
Refunds for services or gift cards pertaining to services are not permitted; however, we are pleased to offer an exchange for another service or item of equal value.
Surf Trax™ is here to support you in finding the ideal surf conditions. Should it be necessary to suggest a different time, date, or location due to more optimal conditions, Surf Trax™ will reach out to you prior to your scheduled session.
The safety of our students is of utmost importance to Surf Trax™, which is why we do not offer lessons in every surf or weather condition. The head instructor has the discretion to reschedule any bookings if the conditions are assessed as unsafe. Surf Trax™ will notify you in advance to coordinate a new date and time.
